Powering Healthcare: BK Enterprise’s Role in Electrifying Redemption Hospital June 2025 — Monrovia, Liberia BK Enterprise is proud to be leading the full electrical renovation and electrification of Redemption Hospital, one of Liberia’s most critical public health facilities, located in the heart of Monrovia. This project is funded by the United States Government through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) under Contract No. W912GB24C0011. The project aims to strengthen Liberia’s healthcare infrastructure by delivering a modern, reliable, and safe electrical system to support emergency services, maternal care, laboratory diagnostics, and pharmaceutical storage, all essential for saving lives.
BK Enterprise has been awarded the contract for the Village Access Road Project in Nimba County under the Liberian-Swedish Access Driven Rural Development Programme (LISA), funded by the Government of Sweden through SIDA. The contract was secured through a competitive bidding process conducted by the Ministry of Public Works. Spanning 90 kilometers of rural footpaths to be upgraded into all-season motorcycle-accessible roads, the project aims to enhance connectivity for remote communities, improve access to essential services, and create employment through labor-based methods involving Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). BK Enterprise will lead the design, community engagement, and supervision phases over a 14-month period.
By way of the Better Access to Safe Drinking Water Activity in Liberia, USAID collaborates with BK Enterprise, a local implementing partner that Constructs borehole wells and installs solar systems to implement WASH Projects in the Republic of Liberia. In addition to providing water to 24 medical facilities, the borewells project funded by USAID led BK Enterprise Inc. to employ technicians and engineers in their early stages of careers.
