His career demonstrates a strong commitment to the design, construction, and sustainable management of civil infrastructure. Mark began his engineering journey after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, complemented by certifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Procurement and Logistics, and Leadership. His professional experience includes notable roles such as Site Engineer for the USAID WASH Project in Salala District, Tokpaipolu, Bong County, and Junior Engineer on the Liberian Swedish Feeder Roads Project Phase III. These roles have strengthened his ability to oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination.
