Zero major incidents recorded during the reporting period
100% compliance with PPE requirements across all work sites
Hazardous areas effectively barricaded with clear safety and traffic signage
β οΈ Challenges & Mitigation Measures
Restricted access to some drainage structures due to welded rebars and small-diameter pipes
Misuse of drainage manholes for sewage disposal affecting cleaning operations
Frequent rainfall impacting earthworks and concrete placement schedules
Waste re-entry into cleaned drains due to improper disposal by road users
β‘οΈ Next Steps
Engagement with MPW and utility providers to address access constraints and buried services
Continuation of drainage cleaning, pothole patching, and pavement rehabilitation works
Strengthening public awareness on proper waste disposal and drainage protection
Enhanced site security using stronger barricades to protect completed works
Completed Mass Concrete Works β Benson & Lynch Street Intersection
